The aim of our NGO is to inspire and empower individuals to actualize their dreams through the development of enterprises that significantly impact communities in African. Over the years, through our conferences we have inspired 25,000 people (offline and online) and through the Dream Development Centre and Pay It Forward initiative, we have empowered and equipped 3201 people that has translated to the creation of numerous enterprises. Our goal is to get Africa to a point where she effectively harnesses her dormant potentials and resources by inspiring the creation and sustainability of enterprises that would outlive the individuals who establish them. This would invariably lead to an Africa rid of the clutches of poverty. We are desirous of seeing a continent characterized by a vibrant job market and a reduced unemployment rate. This great future we see must be championed. This is why as an organization we are inspiring Africans to rise to the task of building this future we so earnestly desire.
