Live Your Dreams Africa Foundation Claimed

Live Your Dreams Africa Foundation is an NGO committed to combating unemployment in Africa, aligning with the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of poverty eradication, decent work, and economic growth. Our mission is to empower individuals in African communities to pursue entrepreneurial dreams, thereby narrowing the poverty gap and fostering economic development. Our vision is to get Africa to its zenith by inspiring the creation and sustainability of enterprises that would outlive the individuals who establish them which will invariably lead to an Africa rid of the clutches of poverty.

We began in 2013 as a social enterprise aiming to inspire African youth to recognize the potential within their grasp for a better life; however, in 2018, a notable increase in Nigeria’s unemployment rate led the foundation to respond more actively to addressing the unemployment problem. Now, through initiatives like the annual LYDA Conference and the Dream Development Centre, we empower individuals to establish sustainable businesses that provide decent employment reducing the poverty bracket.
